Established in 2011, JD Paradise Realty and Property Management is the largest local developer in the island of Palawan. Since 2020, the company has succesfully launched 10 subdivisions in Puerto Princesa and El Nido. The company also have a Property Management team that looks after a number of well known business establishments in Palawan.
